Lance Lanier is a leadership and performance coach with a career built on a simple conviction: people are more capable than they think, and sometimes they just need the right person in their corner.

Before founding Professional Forward, Lance served nearly 20 years as a senior federal executive, practiced law, served in the U.S. Marine Corps, co-founded a consulting firm, and taught business law at the University of Akron. That range of experience gives him a rare ability to quickly understand the challenges his clients face — whether they’re new supervisors finding their footing, established leaders navigating a transition, or driven professionals ready to stop settling for “good enough.”

Lance is working towards his certification as a professional coach. He lives and works in Twinsburg, OH.
